The client was losing ~18% of reservations to no-shows, with no way to hold credit cards or send automated reminders. Their existing booking system was a simple Google Form with zero integration into their floor management.
Built a full-stack reservation platform with Next.js and Supabase. Real-time table availability renders on a visual floor-plan SVG. Stripe SetupIntents hold cards at booking with no charge — only triggered on confirmed no-show. Twilio SMS sends reminders 24h and 2h before reservation. An admin dashboard with live Supabase subscriptions shows the kitchen real-time order status.
No-show rate dropped from 18% to under 4% within the first month. The platform now processes 2,400+ bookings per month. Staff report saving ~2 hours per shift previously spent on phone reservations and manual reminder calls.
